If you would like to join our party we have one rule only and that is to be considerate to and respectful of others at all times.

We promote safe sex - condoms and lube are available at our venue.

Our parties provide a relaxed, intimate and no-pressure environment.
 “No” means “No” – do not pressure other guests – and if you are not interested in contact with a guy, respectfully and calmly decline.

If you just wish to visit, relax and chat with some new friends and not participate in anything else, you are very welcome. The first time visiting our type of party can be very daunting: just remember that there will be others who are also here for the first time.
We provide a wide variety of interesting areas to explore and you may prefer to explore them on your own, with your partner, or with others.

Our parties are Bring Your Own Bottle - please drink responsibly and don’t drink and drive.
We have a zero tolerance to drugs at our party venue – it is inappropriate to be intoxicated or “high” at our house, and we will ask you to leave if you are considered to be effecting the enjoyment of others.

We have a lot of wooden decking in our outside areas, so you may wish to bring along flip flops to wear.

We love our party house and are happy to share it with you – please look after our home as if it were your own.

Please turn LEFT when exiting the party venue, you will get to the motorway quicker (along the dual-carriageway)

Please leave quietly out of respect for the local residents
